Hi to anyone curious enough to bother. I am a 58 year old male Aussie from Geelong Australia about to embark on a 12 month teaching English contract at the Anhui Polytechnic University in Wuhu, China. This is my first go at keeping a blog which will hopefully be a reasonable account of my late middle age adventure. Love all!

Seconds to go Lingy kicks a goal to go 2 points up and the ump blows the whistle and disallows the goal. I was only listening to the game as it was a delayed telecast but I think there was a tackle off the ball. The crowd went mad. St Kilda played keepings off and it was all over.
Anne’s plan was delayed 12 hours because of the jet in Americaq havinf engine failure. She got to Hawaii OK and Dave flew out to New Zeland for 2 weeks skiing last night.
Hey Quelchie, Ran into young Mick in Pakko and was surprised to discover you’ve actually actuated your plan. Much has happened since we last spoke. Lil and I holidayed in Bali with a number of family members. Lil had a great time but I copped Bali belly, a cold and then what turned out to be a warning sign that the ticker was not well. All good now except for the telltale zipper effect down the arms and chest. You keep well and get in touch when ya back down under. Rick T
